Payment, Deposit And Cancellation Policy
-Prices are in US Dollars, You can make payments by credit card, US dollars, Belize
dollars or
traveler checks.
- A 50% deposit or full payment is required in order to confirm booking.
Hun Chi段k Trip Cancellation
We have not yet canceled a
trip for which we have collected deposits on, but we reserve the right to do so if
unforeseen circumstances make trip cancellation unavoidable. If cancellation is
necessary, all of your money will be refunded, but our financial liability shall
be limited to the amount actually paid and shall not be extended to cover any
other costs incurred by the trip member.
We reserve the right to make changes
in the itinerary if necessary due to weather conditions or other factors beyond
our control.
RELEASE AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
You should understand that there are certain risks and dangers involved in caving, hiking, horseback riding, and all other trips arranged by Hun Chi段k Tours,
and that Hun Chi段k Tours is not liable for any accidents,
injuries or property damages whatsoever on any of the trips or activities you participate in whether to yourself or any other family members or minor (s)
accompanying you on the trip.
By booking a Tour at Hun Chi段k you agree with all the conditions stated above.
